The Milton Homes business arranges, administers and provides home reversion plans.

The business was established in 2004, acquiring its first portfolio of UK residential properties in the same year. In 2007, Milton Homes Ltd merged with Retirement Plus Ltd which also operates in the home reversion market. The merger created a significant force, in terms of both assets managed and market share, in the home reversion market.

With its experienced management team, strong infrastructure and dedication to fulfilling customer needs the Group plans to develop significant long-term exposure to the UK residential property market through the home reversion market.

The home reversion business is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and it is a member of the trade body Safe Home Income Plans (SHIP).
