Neville James Equity Release & Living Plus launch new equity release product on Exweb 

1ST – THE EXCHANGE today expanded its Exweb online equity release service, with the addition of a new home reversion plan, Neville James Opportunity Plan, launched by specialist provider Neville James Equity Release, in partnership with Living Plus.

Exweb users will now have instant online quotes both for Neville James’ existing home reversion products and the new plan, which is provided by Living Plus Limited - a Milton Homes company.

Key benefits of the new Neville James Opportunity Plan, eligible for clients age 65+, include:

  • No arrangement fee
  • No valuation fee (Typically £95 contribution refundable on completion)
  • Provided by a SHIP member

The Exweb equity release platform remains the only comparative quotes service in the adviser market place. It now offers the widest possible product coverage available, with quotations for over 40 products from 16 providers.
